ADR-002: Generic Glossary Implementation

Context​

The WEP digital ecosystem involves multiple domains (Architecture, Security, Processes) with specific terminology. To maintain a unified language among team members and AI agents, a single source of truth for definitions is required.

Decision​

  1. Implement a Generic Glossary within the documentation portal.
  2. The glossary will be centrally managed under 00-Meta and referenced across all documents.
  3. Agents should prioritize using terms defined in the glossary when creating new content.

Consequences​

  • Positive: Reduces ambiguity, aligns AI content with business definitions, and improves onboarding for new team members.
  • Maintenance: Requires periodic review to avoid outdated definitions.
