Flow Description
| Step | Action | Description |

| Start | Incoming Call | Call enters the system. |
| Time Rule | Business Hours Check | Checks if the current time is within custom business hours. |
| Out of Office | Voicemail | If outside hours, plays a message and records voicemail. |
| Welcome IVR | Interactive Menu | Plays the welcome message and waits for keypad input. |
| Key 1 | Route to Sales | Forwards the call to the Sales ring group. |
| Key 2 | Route to HS | Forwards the call to the High School program team. |
| Key 4 | Repeat Instructions | Replays the IVR menu. |
| Voicemail | Fallback | If the team doesn't answer after X rings, the caller is sent to voicemail. |
